Letter from the North Jersey Police Radio Association written to Shaya Dubin in response to a request he sent regarding locating the WPSC-FM antenna on their tower, written Christmas Eve 1981.
This is ultimately the tower that WPSC-FM would operate out of, though it would be another 7 years yet before that could be realized.
